Cash or Certified Check:

Receive 5% off when you pay in full at the time of scheduling with cash or a certified check. Payment must be received in full prior to pre-sedation

Payment Plan:

Requires a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling, with the balance due over the next months, drafted monthly from your debit or credit card
