Dr. Klein has performed thousands of dental implant procedures successfully. After dental school he trained under two prominent implant educators while living in Las Vegas. He eventually moved to the Charlotte area and spent a few years performing implant procedures around the city for multiple dental practices prior to opening up his own practice here in South Park.
