Our History

Established in 2021, Renew Dental Arts proudly serves the Charlotte, NC
community, providing exceptional, family-oriented dental care where every
patient is treated like family. Founded by Dr. Klein, a highly trained implant
dentist with over 12 years of experience, the practice was built from the ground
up to reflect his vision of modern, patient-centered dentistry. After years of
studying under a leading oral surgeon in Las Vegas, Dr. Klein brought his
advanced expertise and passion for precision care to Charlotte, creating a state-
of-the-art practice designed entirely by him.

The Renew Dental Arts office features a fully equipped in-house dental lab and
surgical operating suite, allowing Dr. Klein and his skilled team to complete every
stage of treatment—planning, surgery, and restoration—all under one roof. This
approach ensures the highest quality results, reduced treatment times, and
more affordable care using only premium materials and advanced technology.
With his certification in I.V. Sedation, Dr. Klein provides patients with a safe,
comfortable experience for even the most complex dental implant and

Meet Dr. Tyler Klein, DDS

Dr. Klein graduated from Creighton University in Nebraska in 2012
with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He has committed himself to
excellence with extensive training in dental implants, oral and IV
sedation. He has ample experience in surgical procedures ranging
from wisdom teeth removal, to replacement of a single tooth to full
mouth reconstruction using dental implants. He has provided IV
sedation for both his own patients and also as a part of a group that
removes wisdom teeth regularly. Dr. Klein is constantly improving his
skills and techniques by surpassing mandatory board CE
requirements. While he is trained for IV sedation, he regularly chooses
to use a licensed CRNA during surgery to focus solely on his patients,
especially in more involved cases or full mouth restoration cases.
