Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How are you prices so affordable?
A: Implant prices will vary widely around the Charlotte metro area from office to office. At other offices, patients will often need to see multiple other dentists to have their dental implant treatment completed. This increases the cost and time required for treatment. We keep all of the work in our office which reduce the cost of the treatment and we pass that savings onto you. Additionally, we have our own lab in house which fabricates final zirconia prosthetics which further reduces cost.
Q: Will my insurance cover implants?
A: Although every insurance plan differs most will only cover a maximum out of pocket of $1,500 to $2,000 per year. We always help our patients to get the maximum benefit out of their insurance.
Q: What do dental implant teeth look like?
A: They look almost exactly the same as natural teeth. The implant and abutment themselves are not visible only the crown. The crown is made of zirconia which is a white/tooth colored material. Zirconia is the same material that most modern natural tooth crowns are made of.

A: Generally if it is a front tooth we are replace we can make a temporary so you have a tooth while we wait for the implant to heal. Usually molars we do make temporary teeth for since they are not visible.
Q: Am I A Candidate?
A: Most patients will be a candidate for this procedure, even those who have been told they don’t have enough bone for dental implants. Your doctor will use a combination of straight and angled implants to avoid the sinuses and engage the strongest bone. Using this technique usually removes the need for expensive and lengthy sinus augmentation bone grafts.
